About Lisette

ARTIST | EDUCATOR

Born and raised in Northern California, Lisette trained in classical ballet, theatre, and music, all while surrounded by a family deeply immersed in the arts, education and medicine. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre and Acting at East Carolina University.

Simultaneously, training at prestigious dance companies, including Jacob’s Pillow, and has been a professional actor, dancer, singer, and choreographer ever since. Furthering her training, Lisette received her MFA at NYU, Tisch School of the Arts, at The Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program, which changed her life. She has since written six full-length musicals (and growing), including the new broadway bound musical: Madame Clicquot: A Revolutionary Musical.

Lisette has been serving as an educator for over twelve years. Over the pandemic, she founded her own Voice and Acting Studio and is currently coaching K-12, college students, and professionals.
